Her background spans a unique spectrum of systems engineering, program management, and corporate operations. This diverse experience enables her to evaluate organizations and their supporting infrastructures to identify areas for change, driving operational efficiencies that align with organizational goals.
Lori excels at facilitating critical buy-in to initiate change while minimizing its impact on the organization. She focuses on the intersection of organizational governance and technical infrastructure, helping stakeholders create and implement governance strategies in coordination with systems and technology. With over 20 years of business development experience, Lori has led strategy and solutions development for both large and small government contractors, supporting opportunities valued at up to $4 billion. These opportunities range from program management support to IT service management, data centers, and highly technical command centers.
As Chief Operating Officer, Lori has managed small businesses with annual revenues of up to $55 million. At Cavan, she was a principal contributor to establishing the company, including its financial and operating infrastructure. At Human Solutions, she founded a program management organization to streamline operations and improve productivity, and played a key role in preparing the company for acquisition.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Oceanography from Stockton University and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is certified as a Systems Engineering Professional by the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) and also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
