Lindsey Rheaume

Director, Lending

Lindsey Rheaume is a highly accomplished banking executive with over 30 years of experience in commercial lending, leadership, and strategic management. As Executive Vice President and Chief C&I Lending Officer at EagleBank from December 2014 to July 2024, Mr. Rheaume was instrumental in driving the bank’s growth, overseeing the expansion of the C&I loan portfolio from $1.4 billion to $2.8 billion. He managed diverse functions, including Commercial & Industrial lending, Small Business, SBA Lending, and Treasury operations, while actively contributing to Board meetings and key committees such as the Management Loan Committee, ALCO, and the Enterprise Risk Committee.

Beyond his role at EagleBank, Mr. Rheaume served as an Outside Director at SOLERS, Inc., where he played a crucial role in strategic oversight until the company’s successful sale to Peraton. Earlier, as Executive Vice President – Commercial Lending Leader at Virginia Commerce Bank, he led a team of 23 professionals and achieved notable loan production and fee income growth.

Mr. Rheaume’s extensive career also includes senior roles at SunTrust Banks, GE Capital, and Bank of America, where he specialized in business development, managing and working out problem exposures, and overseeing asset-based underwriting and portfolio management teams. He holds an MBA with highest honors from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Studies and Advertising/Public Relations from the University of North Dakota.

Active in community service, Mr. Rheaume was a previous Board Chair and Treasurer of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, served on the George Mason Government Contracting Advisory Board, and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth. His career reflects a strong commitment to strategic relationship building, growth, and maintaining high standards of portfolio management.
